Corporate Groups

We can certainly provide a warm contemporary and rustic feel to any event or function. Our beautiful 18th century barn offers itself as the perfect venue for any function, event or get together. Our 120 seat restaurant with outdoor patio area offers a flexible, rustic canvas for all sorts of events from small children’s party buffets, corporate training days, formal three course wedding receptions to rustic summer evening barbeques and hog roasts on the patio. The restaurant & barn itself can be hired with or without catering, and comes with a fully stocked bar, so we are ready to keep your guests suitably fed & watered!

The Stables

‘The Stables’ is Moors Valley’s larger meeting & function room, located on the ground floor, on the west wing of the main Visitor Centre adjacent to the courtyard. This function or meeting space offers a fantastic larger area for corporate groups, larger business meetings, team building or family celebrations. Overlooking the barn courtyard, it is centrally positioned to access all that the park has to offer. The room itself measures 6.5m 10m with ten tables measuring approximately 160cm by 80cm coupled with 40 chairs which can be arranged to suit your requirements. Equipment including a flip chart (with whiteboard surface) and pens, ceiling mounted PC projector & screen can be booked and is included in the function room hire price. ‘The Stables’ can be hired for a full day (9.00am – 5.00pm) or half day (9.00am – 12.30pm) period and is charged at £160.00* & £80.00* respectively.

We can provide a large choice of refreshments to accompany your function, ranging from hot/cold beverages & biscuits to sweet & savoury canapes, barbeques & full hot buffets. All of our refreshment packages & catering options range in price, offering flexible options to suit all budgets & requirements. Should you be unable to chose from our example selection, one of chefs will piece together a bespoke package that works for you. The Rafters

‘The Rafters’ is Moors Valley’s smaller meeting & function room, located on the first floor of the visitor centre, above our restaurant, with lovely views north overlooking Moors Valley golf course. This function or meeting space offers a smaller, more intimate area for corporate groups, smaller business meetings, team building or family celebrations. Overlooking the golf course, it is centrally positioned to access all that the park has to offer. The room itself is part of the 18th century barn measuring approximately 4.5m by 7.5m with a sloping beamed ceiling, with eight tables (125cm x 70cm) & 24 padded chairs which can be arranged to your requirements. Equipment including a flipchart (with whiteboard surface) and pens, ceiling mounted PC projector & screen can be booked and is included in the function room hire price. ‘The Stables’ can be hired for a full day (9.00am – 5.00pm) or half day (9.00am – 12.30pm) period and is charged at £110.00* & £55.00* respectively. (*including a non-refundable £25.00 deposit)
